To cancel an order, send an email to service@tjmaxxtjxshop.com within 24 hours of placement, including your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund in USD within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. If processing has already started, we cannot cancel the order, but you may return the item(s) once received in accordance with our 60-day return policy (see our Refund Policy for details on initiating returns).
